Women employment means participation of women in the workforce. Now a days there is a higher involvement in woman employment in 20 th century. The most of women in Sri Lanka ,they are involving for higher education in present. So that there are so many professions for women in Sri Lanka. As well as even in universities we can see highest female students percentage today. But when we talk about the women employment, As a women we have to balance our lives always. Because in the world ,every and each person have two lives, personal life and the work life. As a women specially they have to balance those both lives properly.
Always woman is a daughter , wife or a mother in their lives. So they have lot of responsibilities relates to that three roles. So with doing those responsibilities, they have to manage their career life. Although there are so many careers for women in today world. Self employments, air hostess, nursing, teaching , police women,……etc. like these every and each job have a female role in todays job world.
So to enter these professions we should have a good knowledge regarding those paths of different kinds of jobs.
